By accessing and using TexToGo ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

TexToGo is a text-to-speech service that converts text, documents, and files into audio format through chat platforms including Telegram, and Discord. The service uses OpenAI and EdgeTTS services to provide high-quality voice synthesis.

3. User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account information
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete information during registration
• Promptly updating your account information when necessary

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload, transmit, or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights
• Convert books or documents that are under another intellectual property without proper authorization
• Distribute the generated audio content if it infringes on intellectual property rights or violates any laws
• Generate audio content that is defamatory, harassing, or abusive
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise the security of the Service
• Use the Service for commercial purposes without proper authorization
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. Subscription and Payment

TexToGo offers both free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly and automatically renew unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

Usage limits apply to all tiers. Exceeding your plan's limits may result in service interruption until the next billing cycle or plan upgrade.

6. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you submit to the Service. By using the Service, you grant TexToGo a limited license to process your content for the purpose of providing text-to-speech conversion.

Generated audio files remain your property. TexToGo does not claim ownership of the audio output created from your content.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Service, to understand our practices regarding the collection and use of your information.

8. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain high availability, TexToGo does not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons.

9. Limitation of Liability

TexToGo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the 1 month preceding the claim.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. We may also suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
